We promise to respect your time and privacy. We guarantee you’ll enjoy our offers, but if you are less than satisfied with any purchase you make from us, just let us know and we’ll work with you to make it right, even if that means a full refund.

Refund Policy

ART PRINTS AND CARDS: Art prints and cards purchased in the Lady Fern Graphics shop are eligible for you a full refund for any reason with 14 days of purchase. See below for instructions on how to request a refund.

PRINT ON DEMAND ITEMS: Clothing, totes, and other print-on-demand items in the Lady Fern Graphics shop are made to order to reduce waste. They are not returnable and all sales are final.

CUSTOM ARTWORK: Custom calligraphy, artwork or illustrations are not returnable and all sales are final. Please refer to your custom calligraphy and illustration contract for details.

WORKSHOPS: Art workshops purchased from Lady Fern Graphics: If you cannot attend a class, a 72 hour notice prior to the start of the class via email is required for a full refund of the class fee. After that there is no refund.

COACHING: Cancellations for coaching fees are refundable only if the coaching appointment is cancelled within 48 hours of the scheduled coaching time. No refunds are given if cancelled within 48 hours of the scheduled coaching time.
